Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to sign up online? 
Yes, the only way to sign up for Pistol Pete’s Partners is online using a credit or debit card.
If I sign up this summer when will my child receive their packet? 
Packets will be mailed out the first week of August. Memberships purchased after Aug. 1 will receive their box 7-10 business days after payment is received.
When I sign up for the kids club how soon can they go to the events? 
After online payment is completed for membership, the email you provided for the profile will receive an email with a digital ID card that can be used for admission until your box is received in the mail. Please note – the email may go to your junk box.

My child lost their ID lanyard, what do I do? 
Email us at pistol.pete.partners@okstate.edu with the name of the child that lost it and we can coordinate next steps.
My child received the wrong size shirt, what do I do? 
Email us at pistol.pete.partners@okstate.edu with the name of the child and details. If the correct size is available, we will get the shirt replaced. Please note – shirt sizes are limited and will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. If the requested size is out, we will send the next closest available t-shirt.
I ordered a membership with the wrong shipping address, what do I do?  
Email us with the member’s name and correct mailing address, as soon as possible. If the order has not been fulfilled, we will update the shipping address. If the shipment has already been processed, it is the responsibility of the buyer to coordinate delivery. We will work to provide you with a tracking number.
