The 2025 NCAA Cross Country Championship Regional is coming to Stillwater! Oklahoma State welcomes the nation's top men's and women's cross country teams to the NCAA Cross Country Championship Midwest Regional at the Greiner Family OSU Cross Country Course on Saturday, November 14, 2025.

- Course Inspection/Practice/COVID Mandatory Testing (No team will be allowed to practice until they have completed the necessary onsite COVID testing - physical distancing should occur at all times and masks worn when not running on the course).
10 AM – 6 PM CT NCAA Declarations & Packet Pickup (Only two members of each institutional staff will be allowed to attend declarations and packet pickup to ensure limited interaction and effective physical distancing).
Thursday, November 13
- 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM CT Course inspection/practice. Weather permitting. Please visit @runokstate for frost warning or severe weather updates on practice day if needed.
- 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM CT Packet pickup. Located at the clerking tent at Greiner Family OSU Cross Country Course.
Friday, November 14
- 7:30 AM CT Course opens to competitors. Please visit @runokstate for frost warning or severe weather updates on practice day if needed.
- 8:30 AM CT Late packet pickup available at clerking.
- 9:10 AM CT Clerking procedure begins for women's race.
- 10:00 AM CT First gun fired (30 minutes to start of women's race).
- 10:05 AM CT Second gun fired (20 minutes to start of women's race). Final check-in at clerk's tent for women's competitors. Clerking procedure begins for men's race.
- 10:20 AM CT Third gun fired (10 minutes to start of women's race).
- 10:30 AM CT - Women's 6K championship race.
- 11:00 AM CT First gun fired (30 minutes to start of men's race).
- 11:10 AM CT Second gun fired (20 minutes to start of men's race). Final check-in at clerk's tent for men's competitors.
- 11:20 AM CT Third gun fired (10 minutes to start of men's race).
- 11:30 AM CT - Men's 10k championship race.
Immediately following second race, recognition of top runners and teams.
Course Information
Since its inception, the OSU Cross Country Course has offered the over 6,000 runners the chance to run on one of the greatest cross country courses in the country. Every year an outstanding field competes in the Jamboree, with teams traveling from around the country to test their skills on this historic course.

From Cimarron Turnpike US-412 (Tulsa)
- Stillwater Exit is #27
- Take this turnpike spur to Stillwater. Go through the toll plaza and continue on the turnpike, ignoring Exit 21A (Perkins Road). The turnpike will end and merge with Washington Street heading south. Immediately after the intersection with Lakeview Road, veer right to remain on Washington Street.
Continue to the intersection with McElroy Road, then turn right (west) at the stop light. Continuing through the campus housing section, look for the street sign for Garfield Street. Turn right (north) onto Garfield and continue north until reaching the OSU Cross Country Course.
From I-35 (OKC)
- Stillwater Exit 174 is State Highway 51
- Stillwater is approximately 16 miles east on Highway 51. You will be making a left hand turn (north) onto Western Road. The stop light is just past the Holiday Inn, Braum’s and a gas station.
Once you have made that left hand turn, you will be on Western. Western will make a sweeping curve east and when it straightens out you will be on Hall of Fame Avenue.
At the first stop light, make a left hand turn (north) onto Willis Street. Go to the stop sign and turn right (east) onto McElroy Road. About four blocks will be Garfield Street; turn left (north) onto Garfield and continue north until reaching the OSU Cross Country Course.
