Oklahoma State's official NIL marketplace makes it easier than ever for fans and potential name, image and likeness partners to browse and connect with OSU student-athletes by visiting okstate.com/marketplace. The marketplace is sortable by individual student-athlete name and by team.

"Creating the marketplace is our next step to maximize name, image and likeness opportunities for Oklahoma State student-athletes," Athletic Director Chad Weiberg said. "NIL has become an important part of the OSU experience and this marketplace will play a critical role in connecting our NIL partners with our student-athletes.

OSU student-athletes who have opted in to participate in the marketplace maintain individual profile pages that include specific options for how NIL partners can engage. Student-athletes can review opportunities and accept compensation directly through the Opendorse app.

Each student athlete has their own customized page on the marketplace that will allow for the student athletes to maximize their NIL opportunities and partnerships. Brands, sponsors, donors, and OSU fans can now pitch, offer, and pay any OSU student-athlete for NIL activities through the compliant marketplace platform.
What is the purpose of an NIL marketplace? 
The NIL marketplace helps to make the process easier to connect with student-athletes for NIL opportunities. The Opendorse Marketplaces offer a streamlined point of access to discover and manage NIL activities.
How can OSU Student-Athletes
use the NIL marketplace? 
OSU student athletes opt into the marketplace and create their own profile pages. After your page is created, you can now start to review and accept NIL deals using the marketplace. All communication can be managed through Opendorse. Opendorse automatically discloses activities, and you can auto-generate necessary tax documentation.
Is the marketplace available
to all OSU student-athletes? 
Yes! All OSU student-athletes can create and build their Opendorse Marketplace profiles. Each athlete has the opportunity to choose their personal values, interests, and preferences for their partnerships. Athletes also have the ability to link their social media accounts to their profiles.
What about international Student-Athletes? 
People who wish to enter into NIL deals with international student-athletes should contact their legal counsel prior to entering such an agreement to ensure they are compliant with federal law which restricts people on student visas from most work inside the United States. Likewise, international student-athletes on student visas may not enter into agreements without approval of the Center for Global Engagement. Our international student-athletes may be able to work internationally or a few may have work authorization.
